Holy Street Outreach International is a non – profit organization dedicated to reaching out to children and youth in schools and slum communities. Our mission is to empower them to identify their Purpose in life through sports, primarily basketball
WHERE WE SERVE
We serve in slum communities. Right in the city of Kampala, there are many slums, all these we serve in the slums Kamwokya, Kawempe, Katanga, and Naguru Go – Down. These areas are characterized by abject poverty, poor waste disposal, non – existent sewage systems, poor housing conditions, drug and alcohol abuse, prostitution, and a very high school dropout rate. Such conditions are not suitable for children, to grow up and thrive
STRATEGIC AREAS
HolyStreet serve in slum communities where people are living under suffering c onditions and poverty, and it’s just not physical poverty but emotional, spiritual and relational poverty. Our intentional work is focused in the poorest of slum communities. Meeting spiritual, physical, emotional and educational needs leads us to HOLISTIC TRANSFORMATION.

HER PURPOSE is a program under Holy Street that focuses on girl child empowerment through basketball.
